**Job Role**:
will be responsible for strategizing, defining and driving the Brands roadmap (offline and Digital) globally. Will be responsible for strategizing, planning and implementing all brand led initiatives in the market with the goal of achieving the organization and brand’s business and strategic priorities.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for conceptualizing and executing market-relevant campaigns in both online and offline modes aimed at relevant target audiences.
- Understand the market through Market Insights, researches and cross functional coordination to formulate the relevant Brand Strategy for the organisation.
- Lead and develop all market research initiatives including qualitative and quantitative studies that may be required to answer business problems. Leverage these customer/market insights to deliver a rich customer experience using appropriate Marcom tools.
- Build a clear understanding of Industry to evaluate the right formula for the Brand and establish Brand as most aspirational brand in mass premium category.
- You will be expected to drive the organization’s efforts in building, driving and maintaining the Firm’s employer brand, interacting with the media, driving public and media relations, interacting with and building leaders’ brands internally and externally, thought leadership, and industry and media connect.

**Key Skills**:

- 10+ years’ experience.
- Extensive experience in working with PR agencies to build, maintain and enhance employer brands for global capability centers of large multinational corporations.
- Extensive experience in leading and driving successful communication and marketing campaigns both internally and externally.
- Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management. (Multicultural relationship management
