**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Lead the development and implementation of structured products using Transact.
- Oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle from concept to launch.
- Provide technical expertise and support to the product development team.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product alignment with business goals.
- Analyze market trends and customer feedback to inform product strategy.
- Develop and maintain product documentation and training materials.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor product performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Conduct regular product reviews and provide actionable insights.
- Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Support sales and marketing teams with product-related inquiries.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality.
- Mentor junior team members and share best practices.

**Qualifications**
- Possess extensive experience in Transact (Structured Products).
- Have a good understanding of Treasury and Cash Management Services.
- Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Exhibit excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Show proficiency in product lifecycle management.
- Have a track record of successful product launches.
- Be adept at working in a hybrid work model.
- Display a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
- Understand industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Be capable of mentoring and guiding junior team members.
- Have experience in developing product documentation.
- Be able to provide technical support and expertise.

Transact Configuration and Customization (GAPs development EB Tables Versions Enquiries Routines in Java/Python/JOST Advice Delivery in XML format).

Transact User Menus and Entitlement configuration.

Transact SRE (Scalability and Reliability tests Data Encryption Data Anonymization Logging and Monitoring Authentication and Authorization Cybersecurity controls etc.)
