**Key Responsibilities**:
**Digital Strategy Development**: Create comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with the organization's goals and target audience profiles.
**Search Engine Optimization (SEO)**: Optimize website content and structure to improve organic search rankings and increase website traffic.
**Social Media Management**: Create, schedule, and monitor social media posts, ads, and campaigns across various platforms to engage with the audience and build brand loyalty.
**Paid Advertising**: Plan, execute, and monitor paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and others to drive traffic and conversions.
**Analytics and Reporting**: Use analytics tools to track and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
**Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)**: Identify areas for improvement on websites and landing pages to increase conversion rates and lead generation.
**Marketing Automation**: Implement and manage marketing automation tools to streamline repetitive tasks, nurture leads, and improve campaign efficiency.
**Competitor Analysis**: Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to refine marketing strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
**Budget Management**: Allocate and manage the digital marketing budget effectively to maximize ROI.
**Collaboration**: Work closely with cross-functional teams such as graphic designers, web developers, and content creators to ensure cohesive and effective digital campaigns.
**Compliance**: Stay informed about digital marketing regulations and best practices, ensuring all marketing activities adhere to legal and ethical guidelines.
**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
