**Job Title - Real Estate** **Sales Executive**

**Job Description -**

**Job Responsibility**:

- **Generating sales**: Working to generate sales with existing customers and develop new opportunities
- **Meeting targets**: Achieving sales targets and reporting on sales activities to Reporting Authority
- **Building relationships**: Establishing, maintaining, and expanding a customer base
- **Understanding customer needs**: Listening to customer requirements and presenting appropriately
- **Organizing site visits**: Organizing site visits for prospective customers
- **Developing sales strategies**: Developing sales strategies
- **Staying informed**: Staying informed about current market conditions and changes in the local and national real estate market

**Qualification**:

- Graduate in any stream
- Good Communication skills ( English & Hindi)

**Salary : Rs.15000/- to Rs.18000/-**

Mandatory : Bike & DL required

Schedule:

- Day shift
