Job Description / Responsibilities
- Duties and Responsibilities:

- LL.B. with min 7 years of work experience.
- Indepth and upto date Knowledge of Arbitration &
Conciliation Act, IBC (Insolvency & Bankruptcy Act), RDDBFI

Act, MCS Act and other civil and corporate laws.
- Should Possess Excellent skills for independently drafting

Arbitral documents like statement of claims, reply,

rejoinder, affidavit of evidence, and written submission.

Drafting of claims under sec 9, sec 7 of IBC, drafting of

drafting of replies on behalf of the borrowers against Claim

filed by secured creditors and other petitions.

Drafting of Securitization Application and Intervenor

Application, Drafting of Writ petitions, Drafting reply to

13(2) notice, Drafting reply to notice for classification as

Willful Defaulter etc.
- Experience of having appeared and argued before

Arbitrator, DRT, High Court, Metropolitan Majistrate Court,

Co-operative Court, District Court, CMM, DM etc.
- Updated on latest judgements passed by Hon. High Court,

Supreme Court.
- Should be registered on the Original Side of High Court of

Mumbai.
- To organize, plan, schedule, identify advocates for

Arbitration proceedings, overview and monitor the

Arbitration proceedings including vetting of the necessary

documents pertaining to the Arbitral proceedings.
- Independent Handling other litigation and non litigation

matters wrt NCLT, DRT, Small Causes, Cooperative Courts,

Chief Metropolitan Court.

2 Requirements
- LL.B./ LL.M.
- Briefing and co-ordination with senior counsels.
- Having exposure of working with reputed Counsels in

various courts.
- Being abreast with notifications issued by Government,

judgements passed by Hon. High Court, Supreme Court.
- Registered on Original side of High Court of Mumbai

3 Type of Position: Full-time in Legal Department (Monday
- Saturday 10.30 am to 6.30 pm. ) 2 nd and 4 th Saturday non

working.

4 Start Date: Maximum 30 days

**Salary**: ₹700,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
