Job Role:
A Help Desk officer will be responsible for assisting and ensuring all the queries are addressed and resolved within TAT.
- Address all the escalations and make sure they are resolved
- Good analytical ability and documentation skills
- Communicate with sales and branch banking teams to give step-by-step guidance and get feedbacks on process improvement
- Track the common queries faced present it to the supervisors & propose ideas for process, product development
- A one-stop point of contact that provides centralized information and support management service to handle all process queries

Job Requirements:
Excellence in oral and written communication
- Understanding of business banking customers and segments
- Understanding of KYC norms and processes for current account customers
- Understand the consumer behavior and trends **Innovative and problem solving approach**

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
