Proactive and self-motivated with a strong desire to learn about B2B sales 4. Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a team 5. Basic understanding of sales principles and customer relationship management 6. Familiarity with Microsoft Office or equivalent productivity tools 7. Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines 8. Enthusiasm for sales and a willingness to adapt to new challenges
