Job Title: Business Development Intern – International OutreachCompany: First500daysType: Full-Time Internship (Remote) Paid internshipTarget Regions: MENA, Singapore, Australia🎯 Role OverviewThe Business Development Intern will work closely with the sales team to identify prospects, generate leads, and conduct outreach activities specifically for international markets (MENA, Singapore, Australia). You will help position TeachWise LMS to schools, institutes, training companies, and businesses abroad.📌 Key Responsibilities1. Lead Generation (International)Identify potential clients (schools, institutes, academies, training companies).Build targeted lead lists for MENA, Singapore & Australia.Research decision-makers and relevant stakeholders.2. Outbound OutreachPerform cold emailing, LinkedIn messaging, and other outreach methods.Craft region-specific outreach pitches tailored to prospects.Maintain consistent follow-ups with interested leads.3. Sales EnablementSet up introductory calls or demos for senior team members.Share product materials, brochures, and TeachWise LMS decks.Assist in preparing proposals and basic documentation.4. CRM & ReportingMaintain updated lead status in CRM or sheets.Track daily outreach numbers, conversions, and responses.Prepare weekly sales & performance reports.💡 RequirementsStrong interest in sales, SaaS, EdTech, or international business.Excellent communication skills (written + verbal).Basic understanding of international markets is a plus.Comfortable with outbound communication.Highly proactive, organized, and goal-oriented.Strong research ability & attention to detail.🌟 Bonus Skills (Not Mandatory)Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot/Zoho).LinkedIn Sales Navigator usage.Prior internships in sales or lead generation.Knowledge of EdTech industry.🎁 What You Will GainHands-on experience in international B2B SaaS sales.Practical exposure to outreach strategies & client communication.Opportunity to work closely with founders & sales leaders.Certificate + strong letter of recommendation based on performance.PPO opportunity for top performers.
