**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Teach a range of undergraduate and/or graduate psychology courses (e.g., Introduction to Psychology, Cognitive Psychology, Abnormal Psychology, Research Methods).
- Develop and update course syllabi, lectures, assignments, and assessments.
- Conduct original research in the field of psychology and publish in peer-reviewed journals.
- Supervise student research projects, theses, or dissertations.
- Advise and mentor students on academic and career goals.
- Participate in departmental meetings, curriculum development, and assessment efforts.
- Contribute to faculty governance and university service committees.
- Engage in community outreach or collaborative projects as appropriate.

**Qualifications**:
**Minimum Qualifications**:

- Ph.D. in Psychology or a closely related discipline.
- Minimum **10 years of experience**:

- Strong record of scholarly publications and externally funded research.
- Demonstrated excellence in university-level teaching and curriculum development.
- Proven experience mentoring students at undergraduate, master’s, and/or doctoral levels.
- Demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in teaching and scholarship.
