The Assistant Professor in Physical Education will be responsible for teaching undergraduate and postgraduate courses in Physical Education Sports Sciences and related areas Key Responsibilities Teach theory and practical courses in Physical Education Sports Science Exercise Physiology Sports Psychology Health Education Yoga and related areas Plan organize and supervise physical training games tournaments and wellness programs for students Mentor and guide students in sports health and research-related activities Assist in developing curriculum lesson plans and modern teaching methodologies Engage in research publish academic work and contribute to institutional knowledge building Participate in intramural inter-college and inter-university competitions as coach mentor Promote inclusivity fair play and wellness culture among students Assist in the development and maintenance of sports infrastructure and facilities Carry out departmental and institutional duties as assigned admissions examinations student support etc Minimum Qualifications as per UGC NCTE norms NET SET SLET qualification in Physical Education mandatory except for Ph D holders as per UGC norms Ph D in Physical Education Call at 8146651512 Department Sports Skills Required Physical Education Teaching Physical Education Post Graduate Teacher Lecturer Activities Years Of Exp 1 to 5 Years Education Qualification Phd
