In this role, you will be responsible for developing and writing high quality RFPs, bid responses, proposals, and sales and marketing deliverables which accurately and favourably represent the organization, its products, and services to prospective clients. You will work closely with the global leadership and sales teams on deliverables, monitoring timelines, and managing the projects end to end.

**RFP Writer**

**Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities**
- Lead the proposal process end to end, including managing RFP analysis, development and review of execution strategy, identification of proposal requirements, writing, proofing and production
- Read and assess bids and RFPs to determine the strategy for response and write compliant, winning RFP responses
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure deadline and requirements for each RFP are met

**Professional Experience/Qualifications Required**:

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent knowledge and experience
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- 5+ years’ experience writing compelling proposals with demonstrated track record of proven results
- Experience in the US healthcare industry preferred
- Exceptional attention to detail, both in writing and in project completion
- Well organized, extremely thorough and detail oriented
- Able to manage multiple RFP responses
- Strong sense of urgency and the ability to work under tight timelines
- Ability to take ownership, prioritize and efficiently complete tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Ability to interact effectively and professionally at all levels of seniority and across multiple cultures

**Work Week**:
Monday to Friday

**Shift**:
Night: 7:30 PM - 4:00 AM

**Other Features**:
Full-time
