As
_a Data Scientist at Clarivate Analytics Private Limited, you will be responsible to drive the projects to success in terms of excellent Customer Satisfaction, on time deliveries, economical and high-quality deliverables._

We are looking for a DATA SCIENTIST to join our Customer Experience Analytics team in Bangalore / Remote (WFH). This is an amazing opportunity to work on Customer Experience domain on various primary and secondary data, using Python/R/MS Office/Power BI/KNIME. The team consists of 6 members and is reporting to the CX Experience Analytics Manager. We have a great skill set in data science & analytics and we would love to speak with you if you have skills in Machine Learning, AI, Text Analytics Techniques.

About You : Experience, education, skills, and accomplishments
- At least 1 years of experience in analytics, creating predictive models and have strong coding flair
- NLP skills which include Language Modelling, POS tagging, Probabilistic ContextFree Grammars (PCFGs), Named Entity Recognition, Co-reference Resolution, Question Answering.
- Expert in R and/or Python
- Hands on exposure to various classification, regression and clustering techniques such as Logistic Regression, CART, k-Means Clustering, Neural Networks, SVMs and Deep learning techniques.Education (Bachelor's degree in computer science, mechanical engineering, or related degree or at least 4 years of equivalent relevant experience)
- Working knowledge in web scraping & data extraction. Data can be in the form of reviews, blogs, product catalogs, social sites, travel data, and real-time tweets from Twitter
- Comfortable working with APIs
- Experience working with large datasets
- Ability to use business knowledge to add value to the projects
- Proficient in statistical concepts and be able to use them to solve business challenges
- Create excellent presentations and communicate results internally and externally in meetings
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills and great team player
- Experience in improving models over time looking at aspects like scalability, efficiency and performance

It would be great if you also had..
- B.E. or master’s or equivalent degree in a quantitative field (computer science,
mathematics, statistics, operations research, econometrics, etc.) from a premier institute

What will you be doing in this role?
- Along with our team of data scientists and data analysts, you’ll work with our Customer
Experience (CX) Experts globally to delivering information and support strategic decisions
with data-driven insights to develop best-in-class solutions. You will drive multiple projects
from the proposal to the final deliveries. Also, you will manage the performance of the data analysts as well as mentor.

About the Team

Our analytics team leverages predictive analytic techniques on social data, customer

survey data to build Machine learning models, score cards, benchmarks and trends that

are relevant to our global B2B customers.
