Kitchen Designer (Modular Kitchens, Inside Sales, and Cell Handling)

We are seeking a talented and motivated Kitchen Designer to join our dynamic team. This role involves designing and selling modular kitchens, handling inside sales, and managing a team of sales representatives.

**Responsibilities**:

- Kitchen Design:

- Meet with clients to discuss their kitchen design needs, preferences, and budget.
- Create detailed 3D designs using specialized software (e.g., AutoCAD, 3D Max, etc.) to visualize the final kitchen layout.
- Consider factors like ergonomics, aesthetics, storage solutions, and appliance compatibility.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and innovations in kitchen design.
- Inside Sales:

- Handle incoming inquiries and convert them into sales opportunities.
- Provide product information and pricing details to potential customers.
- Follow up on leads and nurture customer relationships.
- Close sales deals and ensure timely order processing.
- Cell Handling:

- Manage a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, training, and support.
- Set sales targets and monitor team performance.
- Motivate and inspire the team to achieve sales goals.
- Conduct regular team meetings to discuss strategies and address challenges.
- Project Management:

- Coordinate with production and installation teams to ensure timely project execution.
- Address customer concerns and resolve issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of sales, projects, and customer interactions.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in kitchen design and sales.
- Strong understanding of modular kitchen concepts, materials, and finishes.
- Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, 3D Max, etc.).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- A keen eye for detail and a passion for design.
