**Job Summary**

We are Premium Modular Kitchen & Wardrobes Manufacturer's based at Tricity. We are looking for experienced sales executives with the following skill set:
This is a challenging and varied role requiring outdoor travel. The direct responsibilities of this job will include:
Ø Managing the entire sales process from first meeting to negotiation and closure of the sale of kitchens to Builders/Developers.

Ø Alliance & Relationship selling with Builders and Developers of residential property projects. Ensure connects with new builder offices are established weekly, while nurturing & liaising with existing connects.

Ø Ensuring high sales conversions is essential.

Ø Provide Sales forecasts and regular sales progress reports.

Ø Preferable owns a Two Wheeler.
The person must be familiar with effective usage of Computers and should be comfortable using MS-Excel, Word and PowerPoint

**Salary**: ₹100,000.00 - ₹250,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Panchkula, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Business development: 1 year (preferred)
- Lead generation: 1 year (preferred)
