**Required Skills and Competencies**
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Excellent in English speaking and writing.
- Good working knowledge of Hindi — both verbal and written communication.
- Good working knowledge of MS Office Suite.

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Perform secondary research on government schemes, policies and services by visiting physical or online archives (particularly the Right to Public Services).
- Connect with the local citizenry to understand the performance/outcome of an enacted scheme, service, or policy (particularly the Right to Services).
- Collect and compile data as per directions of the supervisor.
- Track information, and organise meetings and events with external stakeholders.
- Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, take detailed meeting minutes, proofread documents, reports and other materials as per directions of the supervisor.
- Help coordinate team activities, conferences, events, town halls, etc.
- Create and edit documents, spreadsheets, and presentations as and when required.
- Visit locations across New Delhi and/or Haryana to undertake surveys and collect feedback as per directions of the supervisor.

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- New Delhi, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
