System/network Support

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for Windows Server and Desktop environments.
- Administer and troubleshoot Microsoft 365, Azure AD, and Exchange Online.
- Manage and maintain virtualization platforms (Proxmox, VMware vSphere, Hyper-V).
- Monitor and maintain LAN/WAN, firewalls, routers, switches, and VPNs.
- Deploy and manage devices using Microsoft Intune (Endpoint Manager).
- Lead or support Azure Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) implementation and maintenance.
- Maintain system documentation and resolve support tickets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues.
- Ensure data security, backup, and disaster recovery procedures are in place.
**Required Skills & Qualifications**:
- 3-6 years of experience in system/network support.
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server 2016/2019/2022 and Active Directory.
- Experience with Microsoft 365, Azure, and Exchange Online.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune for device management.
- Proven experience in VDI implementation (e.g., Azure Virtual Desktop, Citrix, VMware Horizon).
- Familiarity with virtualization (Proxmox, VMware, Hyper-V).
- Understanding of networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN).
- Experience with VoIP/SIP technologies.
- MCSA/CCNA/CompTIA Network+ or equivalent certifications preferred.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
- Ability to work independently during night shifts.
**Preferred**:
- Experience with cloud-native tools (e.g., Azure Monitor).
- Familiarity with scripting (PowerShell, Bash).
- Exposure to ITIL practices and ticketing systems
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
