_**About Us**:_**Responsibilities**:_
- _**Provide one-on-one counseling**_ _to students and families regarding admission requirements, financial aid, scholarships, and campus life._
- _Maintain a strong understanding of _**admission criteria, deadlines**_, and program offerings for a variety of colleges and universities._
- _**Conduct information sessions**_, webinars, and workshops to educate students about admission procedures and opportunities._
- _**Track and report student progress**_ _in the admissions pipeline, ensuring timely follow-up and communication._
- _Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective students, _**high school counselors**_, and other educational stakeholders._
- _Assist with organizing and attending _**college fairs, events**_, and other recruitment activities._
- _Stay up-to-date on industry trends, _**college admissions updates**_, and educational opportunities._
- **Qualifications**:_
- _Bachelor’s degree in Education, Counseling, or a related field (preferred)._
- _Previous experience in _**college admissions**_, student advising, or counseling (preferred)._
- _Strong understanding of the _**college admissions process**_, financial aid options, and academic pathways._
- _Excellent _**communication and interpersonal skills**_._
- _Ability to work independently and as part of a team._
- _Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines._
- _**Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite**_ _and student management systems (CRM systems experience is a plus)._
