Admission Counselor

We are looking for a passionate Admission Counselor to join our dynamic team. As an Admission Counselor, you will play a key role in assisting prospective students with their college application process and offering personalized counseling services.

Job Responsibilities:

• Guide prospective students through the college admissions process, including selecting appropriate programs, completing applications, and understanding academic requirements.
• Provide one-on-one counseling to students and families regarding admission requirements, financial aid, scholarships, and campus life.
• Assist with application processing, including reviewing applications, transcripts, and other required documents.
• Maintain a strong understanding of admission criteria, deadlines, and program offerings for a variety of colleges and universities.
• Conduct information sessions, webinars, and workshops to educate students about admission procedures and opportunities.
• Track and report student progress in the admissions pipeline, ensuring timely follow-up and communication.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective students, high school counselors, and other educational stakeholders.
• Assist with organizing and attending college fairs, events, and other recruitment activities.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends, college admissions updates, and educational opportunities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, or a related field (preferred).
• Previous experience in college admissions, student advising, or counseling (preferred).
• Strong understanding of the college admissions process, financial aid options, and academic pathways.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and student management systems (CRM systems experience is a plus).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15, ₹22,000.00 per month
