**Hiring F**ield Sales Officer** in Leading Insurance Company for **Bancassurance Channel**
- ** Work Experience**: 2-4 years In Insurance / Banking / Finance / FMCG / NBFC / Pharma Sales and Freshers.
- ** Age**:Below 35 years
- **Qualifications**: Diploma, Graduates / MBAs of formal education is desirable.

**Responsibilities**:
The Business Manager has the responsibility of driving sales and achieving the
- Sales target for the assigned bank branches
- Drive sales and achieve targets through the bank branches
- Selling company’s product
- Support the CRO in his sales effort, in terms of generating benefit
- illustrations, accompanying on client calls if required etc
- The Bank is the key customer of the Business Manager and he has to
- Engage an open and trusting relationship with the Branch
- Managers/officers/staff
- Engage the employees of the bank branches in regular discussions to transfer knowledge about insurance, Company’s product offerings and understand their issues/ concerns about selling insurance (if any)
- Ensure that all service requirements are met, medicals facilitated and customers are satisfied.

**Lead Generation**:

- Spearhead all lead generation initiative from the bank - whether through walk in, data-mining, referrals and others.

**Key Performance Indicators**:

- ** QUALITATIVE **- Achieving sales targets
- Activate & Penetrate branches for Insurance Sales
- Arranging training programs for bank staff on products and selling skills
- Increasing productivity of bank branch
- **QUANTITATIVE **- Achievement of Monthly / Quarterly / Half yearly and Annual Sales Target
