Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage a team of sales professionals to achieve business targets in Banca Channel.
  • Develop and execute strategies to increase insurance penetration through bank partnerships.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including bank officials and customers.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 1-2 years of experience in BFSI sales or related field (insurance sales, banca sales).
  • Strong understanding of life insurance products and their applications.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills for effective relationship-building with banks and customers.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team towards achieving common goals.
