The Telesales Representative (TSR) need to call the prospective clients, try to understand their requirements and convince them to complete the order.

We deal in working on Research related projects/assignments and help clients to accomplish their research related artifacts and in their data analysis.

So, our clients will be mostly the research scholars or anyone with similar profile.

We will provide leads to the (TSR) and the TSR need to follow up on the same.

Our payment structure and terms of this temporary job as as follows.

1) This a temporary/ad hoc job as of now which may become permanent based on employee/freelancer performance.

2) We will pay for each call made, add amount for progress being made for each order and commission for each lead, which gets converted to an purchase order.

**Requirements**:
2) Should have overview of how Thesis/Research work is done (steps required to complete PhD or any other type of research work).

3) Should be proactive in follow ups

4) Should be ready to come to office (to make calls and for initial training), couple of hours during 2-3 times a working week (Mon-Sat.

**Job Type**: Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 2 months

Pay: ₹4,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
