**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers to promote pharmacy products and services
- Receive inbound calls and respond to inquiries regarding product availability, pricing, and order status
- Explain product features, usage, and benefits in a clear and professional manner
- Follow up with customers on order confirmation, delivery, and feedback
- Maintain and update customer databases and call records in CRM software
- Meet daily/weekly/monthly sales targets and KPIs
- Coordinate with the warehouse and logistics team for smooth order processing and dispatch
- Stay updated with product knowledge, offers, and company policies
- Handle complaints professionally and escalate complex issues to supervisors
- Ensure adherence to regulatory and confidentiality requirements related to medical and pharmaceutical data

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 12th Pass or Graduate (Pharmacy or Science background preferred)
- Previous experience in telesales or customer service, preferably in the healthcare/pharmaceutical sector
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of pharmaceutical products is an advantage
- Good command of local language and English
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM systems
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment

Pay: ₹6,000.00 - ₹8,000.00 per month
