## *Job Summary*
## *Key Responsibilities*
- Design graphics and layouts for digital, print, packaging, and branding materials
- Develop social media creatives, brochures, banners, product labels, presentations, etc.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and content teams for campaign design
- Ensure brand consistency across all creative outputs
- Manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
- Stay updated with current trends in design and tools
## *Required Skills & Tools*
- Proficiency in *CorelDRAW*, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign
- Experience with *Canva, **Figma* or similar tools for digital design
- Strong portfolio demonstrating print and digital design work
- Understanding of typography, layout principles, color theory, and branding
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

# *Good to Have*
- Experience in UI/UX design or web layout design
- Basic knowledge of video editing or animation (After Effects, Premiere Pro)
- Knowledge of pre-press and print production standards

## *Qualifications*
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field (preferred)
- Minimum 1-3 years of relevant design experience (freelance or agency)
- Agri Sector experience is preferable

## *Compensation*

Competitive salary based on experience, plus growth opportunities and performance incentives.
