**Roles and Responsibilities**

Preparation of Pre Shipment Documents - Latam countries/AME/ ASIA.Creation of Letter of credit and Advance payment ( FIRC)in Sap.

Punching the order and creation of invoice and share with CHA & plants. for placing the container.

Preparation of Post Shipment Documents - Latam countries

Preparation of Commercial documents. Invoice Packing list.

Certificate of origin.

B/L Verification.

Shipment Advise and courier the documents.

Post documents to Bank for realization the payment as per l/c and Advance.

E Folders - Record of pre and post shipment documents through scanning

Scanning of all post documents and keeping all soft copies of invoice and packing list in record.

Coordination, Punching the order and sharing of invoice with plant for dispatch. For Weight updation in documents etc. with Plants & CHA for dispatch activities
