**Key Responsibilities**:

- Attending all incoming & outgoing calls related to admissions.
- Maintaining and updating all the details about lead discussions and conversions in real-time on Excel sheets.
- Generating revenue by conducting structured tele-counseling sessions for prospects, covering program offerings, admission procedures, eligibility requirements, and associated costs.
- Arranging seminars & workshops in different institutes and taking care of all the outdoor marketing activities.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- A minimum of 6 months - 1 year of experience in business growth fields like sales, marketing or counselling.
- Proven experience in student counseling, preferably in the edtech industry.
- Proficiency in English & Hindi and any one Indian regional language would be an added advantage.
- Strong verbal and written Communication Skills, and Possess great problem-solving.
- Strong Interpersonal skills; Should demonstrate patience & perseverance.
- Should have good knowledge and practical experience in the area of student counselling.
- 6 months - 1-year experience in Academic counselling.
