Klickedu is seeking a passionate and qualified IELTS Trainer to join our team and help aspiring students achieve their desired IELTS scores for studying abroad. As an IELTS Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality coaching and support to students preparing for the IELTS exam.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct IELTS coaching sessions for students, covering all four sections: Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking.
- Develop customized lesson plans, materials, and mock tests based on the student’s proficiency level and requirements.
- Provide regular feedback, monitor student progress, and offer strategies to improve their test-taking skills.
- Conduct mock IELTS exams to simulate real test conditions and assess student performance.
- Assist students in improving their English language skills and exam techniques.
- Stay updated with the latest IELTS test patterns, strategies, and resources to ensure students are receiving the most relevant training.
- Guide students on effective study techniques and time management for the IELTS exam.
- Maintain records of students' progress and provide guidance on their preparation path.
- Communicate with students regarding their schedule, doubts, and performance.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in English, or any other related field.
- CELTA, TESOL, or equivalent teaching certification preferred.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in IELTS coaching.
- Strong command of English, with a focus on academic and professional communication.
- Familiarity with IELTS test formats and scoring systems.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to motivate and inspire students to perform their best.
