**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct IELTS training sessions (Reading, Writing, Listening, and Speaking) for students.
- Create engaging lesson plans and practice materials based on student needs.
- Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Maintain student records and progress reports.
- Keep up-to-date with changes in IELTS test formats and scoring.
- Support marketing efforts by participating in webinars, workshops, and demo sessions.
- Ensure students are well-prepared to achieve desired band scores.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent command of English (both written and spoken).
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferably English, Education, or related fields).
- Prior experience in IELTS training or English language instruction is preferred.
- Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with IELTS exam formats and assessment criteria.
- Ability to motivate and manage students with different learning levels.
- TEFL/TESOL certification is an added advantage.
