Job Description: Devyog Property is a leading real estate firm specializing in residential and commercial properties. We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Business Associate. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a successful career in the real estate industry.
**Responsibilities**:
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential investment opportunities.
- Assist in the evaluation of properties, including financial modeling and due diligence.
- Collaborate with agents and brokers to gather property information and market data.
- Prepare and present reports, proposals, and presentations to senior management and clients.
- Participate in negotiations and assist with contract drafting and review.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, investors, and industry professionals.
- Support the business development efforts by identifying new leads and generating referrals.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, real estate, or a related field.
- Previous experience in real estate, finance, or investment analysis is preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis using tools such as Microsoft Excel.
- Familiarity with real estate software and databases is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
- Valid real estate license (or willingness to obtain one) is desirable.
