As a Business Associate , you will be a:Consultant & an Executor: designing strategies and ensuring they are implemented on the ground.Strategy Driver: influencing and executing alongside CXOs across diverse industries.A growth catalyst: your ideas, reports, and execution will directly shape client success.Your Role As a Business Associate , you will straddle strategy, analysis, and execution:Consulting & AnalysisConduct business analyses, decode industries, and prepare financial/operational reports.Identify opportunities for growth, efficiency, and competitive advantage.Build models, dashboards, and frameworks to support data-driven decision-making.Execution & OperationsTranslate strategies into execution roadmaps; manage timelines, KPIs, and outcomes.Drive cross-functional collaboration across sales, marketing, operations, and finance.Support business operations and ensure smooth delivery of consulting engagements.Client & Stakeholder EngagementInteract directly with CXOs and client leadership teams.Facilitate communication between client departments and consulting leads.Provide exceptional client service and become a trusted point of contact.Strategic InitiativesContribute to internal growth projects for Sahay’s consulting practice.Support proposal development, new service design, and internal process improvements.Who We’re Looking For MBA (Tier-2 B-School preferred)Strong analytical and financial skills ; ability to decode business problems with clarity.Experience in finance or business operations (internship/full-time) is a plus.Outstanding communication & presentation skills (English + Hindi/Gujarati preferred).Strong customer service orientation ability to build trust and deliver value.Proven ability to collaborate across teams and stakeholders.Entrepreneurial hustle: ownership, accountability, and readiness to deliver under pressure.What You’ll Gain Compensation : Base salary up to ₹75,000/month (depending on interview performance), plus performance-linked incentives.360° Consulting & Execution Exposure : See projects through from boardroom to implementation.CXO-Level Access : Work directly with decision-makers shaping industries.Mentorship : Learn under IIM alumni.Fast-Track Growth : Clear pathway to leadership roles.Impact : Your work won’t end at Power Points, it will create real business outcomes.
