**Position**: Finance and Accounts Executive
**Location**: Shimla
**Experience**: 6+ Years
**Qualification**: MBA in Finance

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee and manage the company’s financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
- Prepare, analyze, and present financial reports, statements, and projections.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and financial policies.
- **Handle day-to-day accounting tasks, including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and reconciliations using Tally.**:

- Monitor cash flow, financial risks, and manage the company’s liquidity.
- Liaise with auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory bodies.
- Support strategic decision-making by providing financial insights and recommendations.
- Implement and maintain internal controls and financial procedures.

**Key Requirements**:

- MBA in Finance from a reputed institution.
- Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in financial management and accounting.
- **Proficiency in Tally ERP and advanced MS Excel skills**.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent knowledge of financial regulations and statutory requirements.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.

**Preferred**:

- Experience working in similar roles in Shimla or knowledge of the local market.
- Familiarity with taxation laws applicable in the region.

**Salary**: Commensurate with experience and industry standards.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
