Return-to-Work Program

FactSet’s Return-to-Work Program is designed for women who are seeking to re-launch their careers after a break of two or more years. This paid, 6 months, program, provides individuals with the opportunity to strengthen their professional skills, explore a new career path and assess their ability to transition back into the workforce on a full-time basis. The program offers the opportunity to join FactSet as full-time employees post the internship, basis performance and suitable roles.

At FactSet, we understand that, sometimes, it is necessary to take a break in your career - whether it is to care for your families or to pursue a passion. FactSet’s Return to Work Program is designed to be an avenue back to full-time work for women professionals who are looking to jumpstart their professional journey after a break.

Details of Return-to-Work Program:
During the six-month paid program, women will undergo an immersive training program that includes technical and soft skills training, mentoring and on-the-job learning with live projects. At the end of the internship, you will have the opportunity to explore full-time roles with FactSet India, on the basis of performance. The program offers you support and training to build on your skills and confidence as you re-launch your career.

Duration: 6 Months

Eligibility: Women who have taken a career break of 2 years or more

Requirement for Engineering
- Must be B.Tech/M.Tech/MCA Graduate
- Strong analytical and reasoning skills
- Effective communication and organizational skills
- Programming skills and technology expertise in any of
- Java, Python, UI development, API development
- C++, C#,
- Relational database skills (SQL Server, MySQL, Oracle)
- .Net, SQL Server
- Python, Machine Learning
- Devops
- CRM (salesforce, workday etc..) or ERP software
- Testing automation
