**Job Description: - Banking & Treasury (Junior Role)**

To efficiently measure and manage the treasury function, Job duties and responsibilities. These include but are not limited to:

- Monitoring and managing the company’s banking relationships and liquidity management.
- Evaluate new banking proposals, review the related documents and assess the benefit to the company
- Adhere to the banking regulations and compliances and timely reporting.
- Liasoning with banks for various banking facilities.
- Ensuring Banking credit facilities renewal on time.
- Sound knowledge of Letter of Credit, Bank Guarantee, and day to day banking operations.
- Issuance, renewal & tracking of BG/CG favoring Customer, Tax Authorities, Vendor etc
- Liasoning with bank for activities pertaining to bank guarantee, Letter of Credit etc
- Analyzing various scenarios and risks and reporting to senior management.
- Debt facilities management.
- Interest rate risk management and development of risk mitigation strategies.
- Liaising with senior management across the organization.
- Supporting the month end and annual audit process, wherever necessary
- Handling regulatory, bank and internal audits.

**SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES**:

- Experience managing a Treasury Function
- Understanding and experience of treasury accounting including FX, liquidity, cash flow and various financial instruments
- Sound understanding of accounting principles.
- Strong understanding of financial markets, financial instruments and debt instruments like credit limits, bank guarantee, letter of credit, stock statement, credit appraisal, credit rating agencies, term loans.
- Knowledge of banking relationships and covenants.
- Ability to work autonomously and be part of the broader team.
- Appropriate handling of sensitive information.
- Excellent time management and organizational ability.
- High level of attention to detail.
- Team player with the ability to communicate and coordinate with multiple parties.
- Intermediate to advanced computer software skills, including Excel and other accounting packages.

**Salary**: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year

- Fort, Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:
