We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a **Medical Claims Tele caller**. you will be responsible for contacting patients, healthcare providers, and insurance companies to facilitate the processing of medical claims.

1. Contact patients to gather necessary information for claim processing.

2. Communicate with healthcare providers to obtain medical records and other relevant documentation.

3. Liaise with insurance companies to verify coverage and claim status.

4. Explain claim procedures and answer any questions or concerns from patients or providers.

5. Investigate and resolve claim discrepancies or denials.

6. Update claim status in the database and maintain accurate records.

7. Follow up with insurance companies and patients to ensure timely payment of claims.

8. Provide excellent customer service and support to all parties involved in the claims process.

9. Collaborate with other team members to streamline processes and improve efficiency.

10. Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices related to medical billing and claims processing.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelors; in any field or certification in healthcare administration or related field is a plus.
- Proven experience for 1 year to 3 years in a similar role, preferably in a healthcare or insurance setting.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with patients, providers, and insurance representatives.
- Knowledge of medical terminology and insurance billing processes.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
