Schedule: Morning shift, Evening shift

Education: IIT, BE, Masters

Experience: Educational Institutions: 1 years (required)

Language: English, Marathi / Hindi (preferred)

**Biology Teacher Responsibilities**:

- Develop and deliver engaging biology lessons to students with varying backgrounds, interests, and abilities.
- Monitor student performance and adapt teaching strategies to enhance content delivery and comprehension.
- Assist in setting up exams, assessments, and experiments in accordance with curriculum requirements and standards.
- Communicate student issues to parents, counselors, and relevant staff members to support student development.
- Attend events, club meetings, and staff meetings as required to stay informed and engaged with the academic community.
- Represent the institute at conferences, workshops, and networking events to foster professional growth and collaboration.
- Generate suggestions to improve the biology department and overall institute operations.
- Build rapport with students to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment where sensitive topics can be discussed openly.
- Encourage student participation in science fairs, competitions, and expos, and provide guidance and support for these events.

**Biology Teacher Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in biology or a related field; a master’s degree is preferred.
- A degree in secondary education with a focus on biology is also acceptable.
- Relevant teaching licenses or certifications are required.
- Previous teaching experience in educational institutes is preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
- Patience, resilience, and cultural sensitivity are essential qualities for effective teaching.

**Salary**: ₹500,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
