**Key Responsibilities**
- Make outbound calls to potential customers or leads
- Explain products/courses/services clearly over the phone
- Follow up with interested leads and schedule appointments if needed
- Maintain and update call records, follow-up lists, and feedback
- Handle basic customer queries and forward details to the concerned team

**Requirements**:

- Good communication skills in Malayalam & basic English
- Prior experience in telecalling or customer support preferred
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel/CRM use is a plus)
- Friendly and persuasive speaking skills
- Minimum qualification: Plus Two / Degree

**Salary**: Based on experience + incentives

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus
