Salary - 18000-23000
- Offering exceptional customer service to customers.
- Collaborate to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Responsible for coordinating with multiple departments in order to find a solution for the customer’s issue.
- Develop customer relationships.
- Understanding customer concerns.
- Resolve customer complaints quickly and efficiently.
- Identifying customer demands and requirements.
- Creating sales plans to generate revenue.
- Maintain a good relationship with the customers & follow up with new customers to collect feedback from them.
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience: Minimum 1-3 years experience in customer relationship & Customer Handling
- Education: Bachelor's (preferred)

Fresher highly prefer*

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
