Responsibilities;
- Implementing, maintaining and optimizing logistics systems and MPS systems
- Handling orders and requests from Customers Service
- Coordinate delivery times, place purchase orders and monitoring incoming deliveries
- Update orders with confirmed delivery times from vendors
- Coordinate and manage outsourced production
- Monitor established production planning
- Managing the article file for the relevant article group and the orders plans and parameters
- Prepare work lists for Operational departments
- Prepare analysis and update systems accordingly
- All administrative actions resulting from the above tasks

Education, Experience & Skills Required;
- Excellent communication skills with a service-oriented attitude
- Flexible and proactive work attitude with a strong ability to set priorities
- Ability to devise concepts and implement them in practice
- Production-oriented and quality-conscious attitude with strong analytical skills
- Excellent command of the English language in words and writing.
- Basic to Intermediate Excel Skills preferred
- Experience with Oracle &/or SAP (or other ERP systems)
- Able to show situational adaptability and resourcefulness
- Strong ability to manage daily workload
- Polytechnic Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Equivalent (undergraduate) or B.Sc in Business Administration or Equivalent or B.Com in Marketing or Equivalent or equivalent work experience preferred
- 1 - 3 years of professional purchase experience required
