Planner/Purchaser_
- Do you like to make plans for the management of production departments and suppliers? Are you service-oriented and do you like to work in an international environment?_
- Responsibilities;_
- _ Implementing, maintaining and optimizing logistics systems and MPS systems_
- _ Handling orders and requests from Customers Service_
- _ Coordinate delivery times, place purchase orders and monitoring incoming deliveries_
- _ Update orders with confirmed delivery times from vendors_
- _ Coordinate and manage outsourced production_
- _ Monitor established production planning_
- _ Managing the article file for the relevant article group and the orders plans and parameters_
- _ Prepare work lists for Operational departments_
- _ Prepare analysis and update systems accordingly_
- _ All administrative actions resulting from the above tasks_
- Requirements;_
- _ HBO+ working and thinking level_
- _ Excellent communication skills with a service oriented attitude_
- _ Flexible and proactive work attitude with strong ability to set priorities_
- _ Ability to devise concepts and implement them in practice_
- _ Production-oriented and quality-conscious attitude with strong analytical skills_
- _ Excellent command of the English language in word and writing._
