**Key Responsibilities**:
**Customer Service**:
Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a friendly and professional manner.
Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate personnel.
Handle inquiries and resolve customer complaints in a timely and efficient manner.
Reception Duties:
Welcome guests and ensure they are comfortable while waiting.
Manage check-ins and check-outs for guests (in hotels or other establishments).
Register guests and provide them with necessary information (e.g., directions, event schedules).
Administrative Support:
Perform clerical tasks like filing, data entry, and scheduling appointments.
Maintain office supplies and place orders as needed.
Prepare and maintain reports, schedules, and other documents.
Scheduling & Coordination:
Manage the appointment calendar and ensure that meetings are scheduled and coordinated properly.
Assist in organizing meetings and events, including arranging necessary materials and spaces.
Communication & Correspondence:
Ensure that messages are relayed to the correct people in a timely manner.
Security & Protocols:
Maintain security by monitoring guest access, issuing visitor badges, and ensuring the safety of premises.
Follow organizational protocols and procedures to maintain a professional and secure environment.
Data Entry & Record Keeping:
Keep accurate records of visitors, clients, and other important information.
Update databases and systems to maintain correct contact information and other records.
Support to Other Departments:
Assist various departments as needed (e.g., HR, administration, or sales) by providing administrative support.
Help with managing employee schedules or assisting with event logistics.
**Required Skills**:
Strong communication skills (both written and verbal).
Excellent organizational skills and multitasking abilities.
Good problem-solving and customer service skills.
Proficiency in office software (e.g., MS Office, Google Suite).
A friendly and professional demeanor.
A Front Desk Executive ensures smooth daily operations, creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests while handling a wide range of administrative tasks.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to ₹480,000.00 per year
