**Titel: Costing Expert**:
Reports to: BG Costing Manager

**Description **(Objectives und Main Responsibilities)**:
The Business Group Costing Expert role supports the costing teams in the division with standard methods, tools and financial costing analysis

Existing standardized processes, methods and tools have to be used and continuously improved.

**The main missions of the role are to**:
**Main Activities**:

- Capitalize and provide an expertise to support internal costing related topics for all regions
- Drive and animate the digital continuity in co-operation with the related functional departments (IT, Manufacturing, PUR, PC&L, D&D, Finance, Commercial team, ) including testing, validation, tools administration
- Drive and support development, maintenance and utilization of costing methodologies and tools such as:

- Product benchmark database
- Product cost models (internal, customer and supplier related)
- Customer cost break downs
- Official rates building and -update (for materials, labor, machines, etc.)
- Standards (cycle time, scrap )
- Development cost models
- Tooling cost models
- Distribute best practices and train the network

**Qualification **(Education, Experience, Knowledge and Skills)**:

- Business School or Engineering background with a Finance degree or Master’s Degree in Finance
- Minimum 4 years’ experience in automotive industry (e.g. program-, plant controlling. Technical experiences in production/

manufacturing engineering would be beneficial)
- Technical knowledge in managing cost optimization of products and manufacturing processes
- Knowledge/education on cost structures
- Experience in programming (vba/python) and big data
- Ability to provide qualitative and reliable information, and to work on a project management basis with a strong open

minded team orientation
- Ability to manage uncertainty and resist to stakeholder pressure
- Demonstrated strong communication skills and autonomy
- Fluent in English
