Parental coordination for session alignment, fee collection, cross sell, upsell (in close coordination with clinical team)

Coordination with partner doctor

Communication with the partner doctor regarding clinical leaves, organizational announcements

Coordination with the partners regarding leadership visits

Coordination with the Operations, finance for all sort of data management

Coordination with BD team for promotional activities (doctor visits, school visits)

Coordination with BD team for pamphlet distribution

To ensure that centre infra is in working order (including wash cabins, CCTV, printer, pantry area, therapy material, furniture, hygiene)

To supervise in centre construction/expansion

To ensure required therapy material is ordered (HO) on time, post required approvals by the concerned clinicians

To ensure required pantry material is available

To ensure stationary is available

To ensure the availability of local miscellaneous items for effective therapies

To ensure google listing, JD and other online accounts/listing of the centre are up to date

To ensure timely response of all the incoming calls with proper pitch

To work for the growth of the centre

To ensure the availability of the supporting staff at the centre

To ensure the security and hygiene of the centre

To be proactive while looking for the resolutions for the centre

To ensure the discipline (time, professional decorum-communication as well as dress code) at the centre

To ensure on time report sharing to the parents by the clinical team

To ensure timely sharing of the reports of the referred kids with the respective doctors (with or without partner doctor)

To ensure clinical team is maintaining the required data

To ensure data protection of the kids visiting the centre

To ensure centre's participation in calendar activities

To ensure on time Zoho data, report management (operations/finance)

To ensure sharing of advance session scheduling as well as MTD, FTD reports

To ensure participation in all trainings as well as to ensure guiding the buddies as assigned by the RM

To ensure dissemination all the assigned duties well on time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:
