- Coordinate SAP release activities across different teams, ensuring proper communication and alignment of tasks to meet release objectives and deadlines in accordance with predefined release schedules.
- Manage release activities across SAP landscapes, development, testing, staging, and production environments, ensuring mínimal disruption to business operations and consistency and integrity across environments.
- Conduct post-release reviews and analysis to identify opportunities for improvement and lessons learned.
- Manage SAP contracts, MSA & SOW processing.
- Develop, implement, and maintain SAP change management policies, procedures, and standards.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to assess the impact of proposed changes on SAP systems, processes, and infrastructure.
- Facilitate change review meetings to evaluate change requests, assess risks, and obtain necessary approvals.
- Ensure all changes adhere to established change management processes and compliance requirements.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with releases, including potential impacts on production systems, data integrity, and business operations.
- Plan and coordinate deployment activities, including scheduling downtime, coordinating resources, and implementing rollback procedures if necessary.
- Maintain accurate documentation of change and release management activities, including change records, release notes, and audit trails.
- Generate regular reports and metrics on change and release management performance, compliance, and effectiveness.
- Communicate status updates, issues, and risks to relevant stakeholders and management.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation to streamline release management processes and enhance efficiency.
- Demonstrate leadership by staying current on any new release management changes.

**Qualifications/Skills**
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
- 8+ years of experience in SAP change management, release management, or related roles.
- Strong knowledge of SAP technologies, including SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, JIRA and SAP Solution Manager.
- Proven experience in release management for SAP systems, including planning, coordination, and execution of SAP releases.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to develop and execute release plans, manage resources, and drive cross-functional collaboration.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
- Certification in SAP Change Management, Release Management, or related areas is an added advantage.
- Understanding of enterprise SAP development process & all phases of the software lifecycle.
- Experience with Medical Device or Life Sciences beneficial.
- Flexibility to work outside regular business hours to support release deployments and resolve critical issues.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team in a fast
- paced, dynamic environment.
