**Responsibilities**:

- **Counselling Sessions**:

- Conduct counseling sessions in colleges, gated communities, and public places to promote our educational services.
- Provide information and guidance to potential students and residents.
- **Lead Generation**:

- Generate leads through proactive outreach and engagement activities.
- Build and maintain relationships with educational institutions and community leaders.
- **Promotional Events**:

- Organize and participate in promotional events within colleges and gated communities.
- Coordinate logistics and ensure successful execution of marketing initiatives.
- **Brand Awareness**:

- Increase brand awareness by effectively communicating the benefits of our services.
- Distribute marketing materials and engage in direct marketing activities.
- **Market Research**:

- Gather feedback from potential clients and communities.
- Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities.
- **Reporting**:

- Provide regular reports on outreach activities, lead generation, and event participation.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to analyze and improve strategies.
- **Collaboration**:

- Work closely with the sales team to ensure a seamless transition of leads.
- Collaborate with internal teams for the development of marketing materials.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- **Experience**:

- Proven experience in marketing or related roles.
- Experience in conducting counseling sessions is a plus.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Weekend availability
