**Responsibilities**
- Create engaging and on-brand graphics for a variety of media, including brand guidelines, social media, websites, apps, digital & ATL advertisements, and video content.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute creative designs that meet clients' goals and objectives.
- Develop UI/UX designs for websites and digital platforms to ensure a seamless user experience.
- Pitch document and concept creation support.
- Assess customer behaviour and develop or adapt creative concepts according to the industry/ category/ TG/ medium
- Produce high-quality work with quick turnaround times, ensuring deadlines are met.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in design and digital marketing.
- Work closely with other team members to ensure consistency in branding and messaging.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to campaigns and projects.
- Take ownership of projects and building the brand visually.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in a marketing agency.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro) or similar design platforms.
- Experience with UI/UX design and creating user-friendly interfaces.
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Ability to ensure creative consistency based on brand or concept guidelines
- Knowledge of creative modifications to suit the medium of choice
- Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
