Job Overview:
Key Responsibilities:

- Engage with parents at society events to introduce them to Kidsnagri’s short courses and the benefits they offer to students.
- Communicate with tuition teachers in the local area, both in person and over the phone, to promote our courses and establish collaborative relationships.
- Distribute promotional materials and manage on-ground marketing activities to create awareness and interest.
- Collect feedback from parents and teachers to understand market needs and suggest improvements to our offerings.
- Competitive analysis in the similar area in different geographies using online tools and reaching out to people in similar domain.

**Requirements**:

- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree in Marketing, Communications, Education, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse groups of people.
- A strong interest in the education sector and a commitment to promoting learning and development in children.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating initiative and responsibility.
- Proficient in local languages (Hindi and English) to effectively communicate with the target audience in Noida and Ghaziabad.
- Willingness to travel locally and be on the field engaging with parents and teachers.

**Job Type**: Internship
Contract length: 6 weeks

Pay: ₹8,000.00 per month
