**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Develop Social Media Strategy: Create and implement a comprehensive social media marketing strategy that aligns with our business goals.

2. Content Creation: Develop and curate high-quality, engaging content for social media platforms, including graphics, videos, and written posts.

3. Social Media Management: Manage and maintain our social media presence across multiple platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

4. Community Engagement: Engage with our online community, responding to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely and professional manner.

5. Paid Social Media Advertising: Develop and manage paid social media advertising campaigns to drive website traffic, conversions, and brand awareness.

6. Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyze social media metrics, providing regular reports and insights to inform future marketing decisions.

**Requirements**:
1. Social Media Experience: Proven experience in social media marketing, with a strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences.

2. Content Creation Skills: Excellent content creation skills, including writing, graphic design, and video production.

3. Community Engagement: Strong community engagement skills, with the ability to build and maintain a positive online presence.

4. Analytical Skills: Ability to track and analyze social media metrics, providing actionable insights to inform future marketing decisions.

5. Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

**Nice to Have**:
1. Experience with Social Media Management Tools: Familiarity with social media management tools, such as Hootsuite or Sprout Social.

2. Knowledge of Paid Social Media Advertising: Understanding of paid social media advertising platforms, including Facebook Ads and LinkedIn Ads.

3. Experience with Content Creation Tools: Familiarity with content creation tools, such as Adobe Creative Cloud or Canva.
