Key Responsibilities:
Interior Design:

- Design development: Create innovative and functional interior designs that meet client requirements.
- Client communication: Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
- Design documentation: Prepare detailed design documentation, including drawings and specifications.

Site Supervision:

- Site management: Oversee site activities, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Quality control: Monitor and maintain high standards of workmanship and quality.

Quantity Surveying:

- Measurement and costing: Measure and quantify materials and labor required for projects.
- Cost control: Monitor project costs and identify areas for cost savings.
- BOQ preparation: Prepare accurate BOQs for projects.

BOQ Preparation:

- Quantity takeoff: Accurately measure and quantify materials and labor required for projects.
- BOQ documentation: Prepare detailed BOQs that include all necessary information.

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Interior Design or related field
- Minimum 1-5 years of experience in interior design, site supervision, and quantity surveying
- Strong knowledge of design principles, construction methods, and materials
- Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit) and quantity surveying software (e.g., CostX, PlanSwift)
