We're seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Tele calling Executive to join our team and drive international sales growth. In this exciting role, you'll be responsible for prospecting for new leads, initiating contact with potential customers overseas, and converting them into paying clients - all through the power of your communication skills.

**Summary**:

- Generate qualified leads for our international sales team through proactive cold calling.
- Conduct effective sales conversations by phone to understand customer needs and present our offerings.
- Build rapport and establish trust with international prospects.
- Negotiate deals and close sales to achieve ambitious targets.
- Maintain detailed records of all call activities and customer interactions.

**You'll be a great fit if you have**:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in tele calling or B2B sales (experience in international sales a plus).
- A proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- The ability to build rapport and connect with people from diverse backgrounds.
- Strong telephone etiquette and the ability to manage call volume effectively.
- Proficiency in English language.
- A positive attitude, self-motivation, and a strong work ethic.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
