Corporate Social Responsibilty 2 to 6 Years Pune

With this role, you will have the opportunity to reinforce FS CSR ambitions, first by coordinating and implementing the FS SBU CSR communication strategy (internal and external). Then you will be leading Global as Local (Pune mainly) CSR projects aligned with the strategy defined by the FS CSR board and the FS CSR Head.

Core tasks:
Support FS CSR actions in India (Pune mainly) and drive employee engagement under the supervision of the FS India CSR Lead - Projects coordination according to the FS CSR agenda in India (both internally and for our clients) - Animate and coordinate the FS CSR community and stakeholders in FS India - Plan and drive FS CSR engagements and employee volunteering activities (mainly in Pune).

Implementation of the FS CSR strategy with the FS CSR Team and the Group CSR community
- Contribute and help building and deploying FS Global CSR initiatives aligned to our strategy.
- Assist FS CSR team to track data and report our CSR engagement and impact to global leadership

Lead CSR communications for FS SBU (global as local level)
- Co-build the FS CSR Communication strategy with FS CSR head and FS communication team: Both internal and external with a strong focus on communication for FS clients
- Animate and coordinate with FS communication team, Group CSR communication team, FS CSR team and regular stakeholders to deliver our ambitions
- Coordinate with FS communication teams to send the communications material
