**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Perform data analysis and reporting using MS Excel to support business operations.
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of data by conducting regular audits and validations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to drive business decisions.
- Maintain and update process documentation to reflect current procedures and best practices.
- Assist in the development and implementation of process improvements to enhance operational performance.
- Monitor key performance indicators and generate reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Support the Consumer Lending Cards & Payments teams with data-driven insights and analysis.
- Conduct training sessions for team members on best practices and new tools or processes.
- Respond to ad-hoc data requests and provide timely and accurate information.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to discussions on process enhancements and business strategies.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements in all tasks.
- Utilize MS Excel to create complex formulas pivot tables and charts for data visualization.

**Qualifications**
- Possess strong technical skills in MS Excel including advanced functions and data analysis techniques.
- Have a minimum of 1 year and a maximum of 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
- Demonstrate excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Show attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in all tasks.
- Exhibit good communication and collaboration skills.
- Preferably have domain experience in Consumer Lending Cards & Payments.
